1.Node selection conditions

Our chain establishes a strict selection mechanism. Only those who meet the basic conditions of the node can become a member of the XPHCC. Through a one-vote veto, warning, and blacklisting mechanism, the node's purity is guaranteed. The node selection criteria are based on four dimensions: financial indicators, customer indicators, internal operating indicators, and learning and growth indicators in the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Financial indicators include: customer flow, upload data volume, and reasonableness of single-disease charges; customer indicators include: customer satisfaction, customer recognition rate, customer complaint rate, chronic patient review rate, medical ethics, organizational discipline, etc.; internal operations Indicators include: medical quality, discipline construction ability, institutional nature (primary medical institutions and Chinese medicine institutions to join first), operating efficiency, service capacity, health education completion rate, the number of clinics, etc; learning and growth indicators include: new technology and new projects , scientific research papers, attending academic conferences, etc.

2. Node settings management

The XPHCC sets ordinary nodes and advanced nodes, and high-level nodes are elected in ordinary nodes.

2.1 There are altogether 60 common nodes, of which 15 nodes are opened in the first and second years respectively, and 10 nodes are opened in the third, fourth and fifth years.

2.2 There are a total of 12 advanced nodes, of which 5 are open in the first year (including 2 high-level nodes of the XPHCC initiation organization); 3 nodes are opened in the second year; 2 nodes are opened in the third year; Each node is open for five years.

3.Node rights management

3.1Node permissions access

The high-level nodes are generated within ordinary nodes. Based on the application scenario of our chain, the node authority authentication control method is established by the permissions and role configuration of each node which can be configured through the system's web interface. Each node's module ID, IP address, role information (Order node, Peer node, Endorse node, etc.), organization information and chain channel information are strictly corresponding to prevent unauthorized access.

3.2 Advanced node election

A total of 12 high-level nodes are set up in the XPHCC. Except for the two high-level nodes of the XPHCC sponsoring agencies, other high-level nodes conduct elections based on node selection criteria, with a focus on Chinese medicine institutions. Each high-level node is connected as a chain-chain relay node to the XPHCC, and can extend its own business logic contract extension according to the business characteristics of its own node. Each of the high-level nodes can have smart contracts executed by individual nodes. The common contract rules are executed by two high-level nodes of the initiator. The effectiveness of public contract rules must be established by more than half of the votes of the 12 high-level nodes.

The selection of XPHCC nodes adopts the method of Delegated Proof of Stake (DPOS), which allows each person holding an asset to vote, resulting in a certain number of representatives, which are then elected. Representatives follow a certain mechanism to block. From a certain point of view, DPOS simulates the parliamentary system. If delegates cannot perform their duties (such as cheating, etc., they will be removed from the list. The network will elect new nodes to replace them (representative: EOS).
